Lehenga Closet continue work towards protecting our customer’s interests & strive hard to satisfy your needs with our friendly customer services. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product. To ensure this, we have designed hassle-free and streamlined process to return products, whenever applicable.
What is Lehenga Closet Return Policy?
Our "100% Buyer Protection Program" allows for easy returns and exchange for:
- Products which Different From mention / Showing on Website.
- Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition
- Products not as per description/photo on the website.
- All products must be returned in their original condition along with the bills and labels.

Customer can exchange a defective/damage product within 7 days.
Disputes registered after stipulated time we are unable to Accept Refund or Return.
Cancellation Policy : Customer can cancel the order before it dispatched from our warehouse. In case of cancellation of Prepaid order payment will refund within 24 hours.
Note: Items falling under following categories can't be return or refund
- Custom stitched products
- Customer don’t like the product
- Product not as per customer expectation such as stuff quality, work, color & design.
What is Lehenga Closet Refund Policy?
We will give refund to customer only those case when damage/defect product we have not in stock.
Please go through the below points to find out whether your shipment is eligible for return or not : -
- If a customer wants to return the defective/damage product, in any case, they need to send the product by their own courier service to our warehouse Lehenga Closet will not bear the courier charges.
- As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse. Customer also get notification by SMS in register mobile number for exchange product.
- Returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect in the delivered product.
- We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item
- We will not process a refund in case you do not like the product due to any reason. Our customers are hereby notified that we do not accept any cancellations once the product dispatched from our warehouse.
- We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
- For alterations, you can send the product back to us for which the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- No returns shall be accepted for the items sold in clearance sale or during any promotional offers.
- A person who ordered from our website www.lehengacloset.com, is agreed to our all the terms & conditions mentioned as above. One who does not agree with them, should not proceed to order anything from our website https://www.lehengacloset.com
- All the legal cases will be the treated in only SURAT jurisdiction court.
